The reality is that it typically takes at least 30 to 60 nights of sleeping on a new mattress to see how your back and body will react to it. That’s why we offer a zero-hassle 180-night Sleep trial policy from the delivery date.

We ask that you sleep on the new mattress for at least 30 nights to give your body a chance to adjust to it, and If you aren’t completely satisfied, we will allow you to exchange your mattress for one that is of equal or greater value. You’ll only be responsible for a $99 fee for labor and transportation and or the difference in the cost of the new mattress that’s being selected. (if applicable) Our Kleinsleep mattresses are not “Beds in Boxes.” We will send two strong people and a truck to get the mattress. It can’t be shipped via UPS like other brands.
